We took a great vacation to Florida to see Kristen, Alex and Gabby at the end of March. It was great to get out of the cold weather and into the sunshine! Kristen and I took the girls to Disney- Kelsey was still not quite sure of what to make of the place. She loved the carousel, though!
Here we are getting ready for the 3-D Mickey Movie. Gabby loved it - cheered the whole time and danced. Kelsey is still talking about it, 3 weeks later, and that it was very scary and she did not like how loud it was or that the water and wind came at us in the audience. Too funny!Gabby visiting with Donald Duck and yelling back to Kelsey to come up and meet him.
Gabby, Kelsey & Kristen cooled off with popsicles and ice cream- it was 80 degrees! Great weather for walking around!
We met Snow White! Kelsey finally warmed up to her, and talked to her. When we got home, she asked what car she should get in to go back later that night. And she has been so excited talking about all the characters that she saw in the parade.
Kelsey hanging out at the pool! Miss Kelsey has developed quite the vocabulary. The other night, we are trying to get Aaron to sleep and she starts screaming. I remind her that screaming is not nice, and could lead to a time out. To what she replies, at a 10. "Mommy, I am not screaming! I am YELLING!" I think she has a job as a lawyer in the future! Here is Aaron, pre-haircut. It is amazing how the sides of his hair keep growing, and he hasn't really lost any yet. It took almost 2 years for Kelsey to have a comparable amount of hair!
Here he is post- cut. Mommy may have a second career in store (okay, well, it doesn't look too bad for the first attempt).
